By downloading or using the LingOrtus application, you automatically agree to the following terms.

1. License of Use: LingOrtus is licensed solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the app’s source code is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions and Payments: The app offers a ‘Monthly Subscription’ and a ‘One-Time (Lifetime Access)’ purchase option.

Payment: Upon purchase confirmation, payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may manage or disable your subscription or auto-renewal after purchase from your device’s Account Settings.

One-Time (Lifetime Access): This option is a single purchase; it is not a subscription, and no additional fees will be charged later.

3. Refunds: All payment transactions are managed directly by Apple or Google. As the developer of LingOrtus, we do not have the authority to issue refunds. Refund requests must be made through the relevant store’s support system.

4. Intellectual Property: All in-app content, visuals, audio, and software belong to LingOrtus. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer: LingOrtus is an educational tool. The app is provided ‘as is’ and does not guarantee achievement of any specific language level.
